1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup self raising flour
1/6 cup white sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
less than 1/4 tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
red and green food colouring
some mini choco chip
19 watermelon cookies and 1 heart shaped cookie

knead into this, save 1/4 as it is
1/2 of the kneaded dough in red
1/4 of the kneaded dough in green
rolling

i will skip this part if i wanna make these cookies again
slicing
after slicing & cutting away a bit of the bottom
add the seeds
the red part turned pinkish after baking
ok i ate one
these looked like the leftover watermelon rinds
use the leftover dough to form a heart shaped cookie :)
