Alice's Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup self raising flour
less than 1/2 cup brown sugar
less than 1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
less than 1/4 tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg

(6 + 6 + 4) = 16 butter cookies
* i didn't add in the choco chip cos i realised that i forgot to reduced the butter to 1/2 of what i used last sunday

(9 + 9 + 11) = 29 chocolate chip cookies
