Alice's Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 cups self raising flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup chocolate mini chip
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg

my little assistant scooped too much dough for each cookie

Round 5 just enough for one cookie and baked together with the pizza dinner

(12 + 20 + 20 + 20 + 1) = 73 chocolate chip cookie

it turned out the nicest looking ones are from Round 1

Round 2-5 tasted ok but too thin and dry

gotta store the bowl of cookie dough in the fridge while waiting for the next round cos the choco chip all melted in the room temperature

gotta reduce sugar and salt
